LAST UPDATED: JULY 21st, 2026

Introduction

This page ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") provides our policies and procedures for collecting, using and disclosing your information and outlines the security measures we've put in place to protect the information that you store using Servigrow's ("Servigrow") services, including the services made available through this web site, and any other software or services offered by Servigrow in connection with such services (the "Services"). By using these Services, you consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information described in this Privacy Policy.

SMS / Text Messaging Communications

When you provide your phone number and opt in through one of our forms, you may receive SMS text messages from Servigrow, such as appointment reminders, lead and service follow-ups, account notifications, and — where you have separately consented — marketing messages about offers and updates.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to submit a form or use our Services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Certain login information is maintained in a cookie stored locally on your computer to streamline the login process ("Login Information").

As you navigate Servigrow's website and use our Services, we may collect information through tools such as cookies and web beacons ("Website Navigational Information"), including standard browser information (browser type and language), your IP address, and the actions you take on the website (pages viewed and links clicked). Collectively, this is referred to as "Analytics Information."

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our sites and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info.
